Now you have a unique opportunity to secure your exhibition spot. Indoor spaces are mainly available in Restaurant Proomu for sauna products and related items. The returning Pop-up Sauna Village offers even more outdoor sauna and exhibitor spots near Apaja’s saunas and the lake.

All exhibition spaces include 1 two-day exhibitor pass (travel and accommodation not included) and light meals. Exhibitors can do business and meet guests from around the world while enjoying sauna bathing almost around the clock, along with Finnish culture and cuisine, in one of the world’s most beautiful settings under the Midnight Sun.

Reservation fee and confirmation
The exhibitor spot is confirmed by paying a €300 reservation fee that is reduced from the total price.

The total amount will be invoiced on March, 2026, with 30 days net payment terms.

Other costs
For the Outdoor (Sauna) Spots, electricity costs will be charged separately by an external provider.

Cancellations
Cancellations made before April 20, 2026 are accepted.

The reservation fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
