Hanna trains coaches to master nervous system regulation and stress management
techniques. As a psychologist and trauma therapist, Hanna has worked with thousands of
clients and is also the author of two books. She brings a strong scientific and practical
approach to all her keynotes, sharing stories about diverse types of nervous systems and
providing actionable tips you can start using right away.
Heikki is a mental coach and exercise physiologist who believes that the individual’s best
performance is achieved through rest, not by constant overachieving. Heikki has reached
this conclusion through 15 years of versatile coaching experience and a broad
multidisciplinary educational background. He has coached Formula 1 and Rally 1 drivers,
and has successfully coached executives and leadership teams.
