World Sauna Forum was originally created to spread the message of the authentic Finnish sauna experience, to make people find the sweet relaxation and the health benefits. In 2026, World Sauna Forum is back, greater than ever! Our passion is to help international sauna businesses to thrive, and show the multiplicity of sauna innovations to the world – and, of course, to gather all sauna lovers together to ‘think inside the box’.
The first World Sauna Forum was arranged in 2017 in Central Finland, the official sauna region. Since then it has grown bigger every year.
To date, World Sauna Forum has been organized mainly as a live event, with one virtual edition as well. It has consisted of talks, panel discussions, business matchmaking, and workshops around the Finnish sauna experience. And of course, a lot of bathing in different kinds of authentic Finnish saunas!
Sauna from Finland is an international business network of over 230 member companies. Our passion is to boost our members’ business opportunities in the most enjoyable manner by networking in fantastic settings and in a great atmosphere, building thriving events, and educating people about the benefits of the Finnish sauna.
