  • There’s fresh drinking water available throughout the event, and bath products are provided in the shower areas.

Changing areas are available in separate men’s and women’s dressing rooms (20 spots per side) or in the restrooms at Sataman Viilu.

  • At the restrooms, you’ll receive a bag for your clothes, which will be stored in a designated staff area. You can collect your items later. Event staff will assist with this process.
  • Please remove your shoes before entering the changing rooms to keep the sauna spaces clean.
  • After changing, put on your sauna sandals.
  • Shower thoroughly and wear your swimsuit before entering the shared sauna area. If you have long hair, tying it up is recommended, especially when using the pools and tubs, to avoid loose hair in the water.

Be mindful of others in the sauna.

If it’s already quite hot, please ask others before adding more steam (löyly).

Use sear cover when sitting on the benches.

  • Take a quick shower before cooling down to rinse off sweat.
  • Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water during your breaks.

If you’re using the cold plunge tub, hot tub, or swimming in Lake Jyväsjärvi, please shower again before returning to the sauna.
